Course Description

This course equips students with the skills and experiences necessary for teaching art in PK-12 classrooms, with a focus on developing visual literacy. Topics include the study of art, art education, curriculum development, traditional and emerging 2D/3D art materials, tools, and processes, as well as technology in art education.
